How to connect marketplace APIs

Get a key in the marketplace seller cabinet and paste it into Qyran. Step-by-step for each platform below.

After saving, click «Check API» to verify the connection works.

Kaspi.kz — Merchant API Open

Orders, reviews, catalog, and Kaspi price feed (repricing).

  1. 1 Seller cabinet: kaspi.kz → My shop → Partner → Settings.
  2. 2 In «API» / «Integration», create or copy your X-Auth-Token (Merchant API).
  3. 3 The token is often shown once — store it safely.
  4. 4 Qyran → Settings → «Kaspi Merchant API token» → paste → Save.
  5. 5 Click «Check Kaspi API» — orders and categories checks should pass.

Wildberries — Seller API Open

Product cards, stock, orders.

  1. 1 seller.wildberries.ru → Settings → API access.
  2. 2 Create a token with «Content» and «Marketplace» scopes (both required).
  3. 3 Copy the full JWT token.
  4. 4 Qyran → Settings → Wildberries API token → Save.
  5. 5 Set WB warehouse ID (for stock) → «Check WB API».

Without «Content» cards won't publish; without «Marketplace» — no orders/stock.
Ozon — Seller API Open

Cards, prices, stock, orders.

  1. 1 seller.ozon.ru → Settings → Seller API → Generate key.
  2. 2 Client-Id and Api-Key are two values — copy both.
  3. 3 Qyran → Settings → Ozon Client-Id and Api-Key fields.
  4. 4 Set Ozon warehouse ID (cabinet → Warehouses) for stock sync.
  5. 5 Save → «Check Ozon API».

You may need Admin role in Ozon cabinet to create an API key.
Halyk Market — OAuth API Open

Receive and accept Halyk Market orders.

  1. 1 halykmarket.kz — log in as seller, API / integrations section.
  2. 2 Get client_id and client_secret (OAuth 2.0) per official docs.
  3. 3 Qyran → Halyk Market (/app/halyk) → ⚙️ Settings → client_id and secret.
  4. 4 After saving, Qyran fetches an access token automatically.
  5. 5 Accept orders from the Halyk section in Qyran.

Forte Market — Seller API v3 Open

Forte Market orders and products.

  1. 1 Forte Market seller cabinet (marketforte.kz).
  2. 2 API / integrations — Bearer token or key per Forte instructions.
  3. 3 Qyran → Forte Market (/app/forte) → ⚙️ Settings → paste token.
  4. 4 Save → refresh the orders list.

Satu.kz — Company API Open

Satu.kz catalog and orders.

  1. 1 Satu seller cabinet → Settings → API.
  2. 2 Create or copy the API token (Bearer).
  3. 3 Qyran → Settings → Satu API token → Save.
  4. 4 «Check Satu API» — products and orders.
  5. 5 On 401 error — regenerate the token in Satu cabinet.

NTIN / NKT — nationalcatalog.kz Open

Product registration in the National Catalog (NTIN for Kaspi and others).

  1. 1 Register at nationalcatalog.kz → API key in your account.
  2. 2 Qyran → Kaspi NTIN (/app/kaspi/nkt) → NKT API key field.
  3. 3 This is not the Kaspi merchant token — a separate NKT key.
